With more than 20 years of experience working in the fitness community, Harold is an internationally acclaimed instructor who’s taught across the United States and in 12 other countries. His popular “Urban Funk” fitness class has been featured in People, Allure and W magazines. In addition to providing professional training services and competitive fitness coaching through his company Elite Training, Inc., Harold is the Director of Group Fitness for Results Gym, an award-winning facility in Washington, DC that was named “Best Designed Gym” in Fitness Management Magazine.

Set the Right Tone
Start off on the right foot by ensuring your employees stay alert and interested during an important company meeting or event. Energizing employees with light exercise – that’s also fun - helps them more effectively retain and apply information. Let Harold lead your group through an invigorating 30- to 45-minute low-impact, dance-based workout that includes light toning exercises with resistance bands, ab training and a stress-reducing stretch. (Or ask Harold to tailor a format that best suits your employees’ abilities and interests.)
Tips for marketing this session: Send a pre-show or pre-meeting email blast to all attendees; place flyers in convention session rooms; advertise the workout in conference registration packets. Include workout time, date and location in all marketing material.
Fun Walk Warm-Up
Whether your employees participate in walk/jog events, your corporation sponsors them, or your charity organizes them, make sure everyone stays healthy and happy with a proper warm-up. Harold can lead your group through a complete warm-up in just 10 minutes or less. His fun, easy-to-follow movements and stretches will safely prepare all leagues of walkers and joggers for the exciting event ahead. After the warm-up, Harold will join the event to mingle with participants and cheer them on.
Energy Breaks
When employees sit for long periods in meetings or at a conference, they get drowsy and lose focus. However, sending attendees off for a break can take up valuable time or be disruptive when people come back late. Harold’s 15-minute energy breaks solve that problem because they rejuvenate and re-energize your audience while they stay in their seats. Energy breaks are especially effective before breakfast, at the beginning of a conference/meeting, after lunch, or at the end of the day.

Active employees are most often healthier and more productive than sedentary employees. Even a small amount of basic exercise can help your employees feel better, live better and work better. In these engaging 15- to 20-minute demonstrations, Harold teaches simple, equipment-free exercises that anyone can do - regardless of weight, age or medical condition – to ensure healthier living, at work and at home.
